Bed was good.

Water heater not working. Kitchen sink leaking.

I liked the location of the property and the accessibility of the appartment key. It was easy to get to the sea and see some of the known tourist attractions during an half an hour walk (or if you are not in a hurry maybe an hour walk). The appartment is airconditioned.

We were not sure where to park, when I politely asked the owner for confirmation where we are allowed to park and where not because the instruction "behind the building" was not clear enough ("behind" the building there is a parking which belongs to the nearby church ruin, it has to be paid and it did not work on Sunday - and we arrived on Sunday) and we had too much luggage to go to any other parking which had to be paid, he said - you have all the information in the instructions, so we just gave up communicating. We found the parking close to the appartment (had to check with the people passing by are we allowed to park there or not) and in the morning we were trapped with all the parked vehicles which blocked the street and had to wait for them to move in order to leave. The appartment itself: not that clean, but managable. You are allowed to turn the water heater on for the maximum amount of 20 minutes (by pulling up the switch directly on the distribution box). The window behind the faucet in the kitchen area could not be opened as normal because it was blocked with the faucet (which was btw. leaking). A lot of traffic commotion can be heard when the windows are opened (i didnt have enough air with the windows closed so it was a big troublesome to fall asleep, and also could not open all the windows - because of the faucet and because only the first pair had the mosquito net). The sea view - not that much, more the harbour view. Yes, you have the washing machine BUT NOT ANY KIND OF WAY TO DRY WHAT YOU WASH, so we did not use it. The toilet - small and colorful as f.... The "bathtub" of 0,5 m2 with the edge not going all the way to the wall, so you have to wipe the water of the floor afterwards - claustrophobic. Toilet seat - moving. Toilet tank - moving when you sit on the toilet seat. The glass above the decorative stones on the floor near the bed - moving.

Location was good, parking was available in nearby streets

The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The floors were dusty and dirty, curtain in the shower was very dirty. Worst part was that the washing machine had LIVE WORMS and dirty water inside. The bed sheets and bed covers were dirty and smelly. Also, it was really noisy from the street, even with the closed windows.
