P&B Residences Legazpi

The management is exceptionally accommodating and helpful, the staff is very efficient and knowledgeable, the location is ideal to reach Univ. of Santo Tomas and on a jeepney route to downtown and the malls, and I loved ordering take-out and eating at picnic tables in the courtyard that also services the coffee shop and brew pub that are on the ground level. My room (Rm. 5) had a balcony doors that opened to a magnificent view of Mt. Mayon, the iconic volcano just north of Legazpi.

When it was time to check out, I couldn’t find anyone at reception to notify that the room was vacated. I didn’t want to leave the room with the key in it, so I gave my room key to someone else staying at the hotel to return to the front office/reception. My suggestion is to post a sign in the reception area when no one will be around for awhile.

The property itself was really clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and the craft beer bar and coffee shop under the hotel were a great place for a drink/light food.

The room would benefit from a fridge/kettle. The location in Legazpi is just off the Main Street so is a bit noisy at times.

We have been backpacking for a month around Philippines so we slept mostly in cheap hostels. This accomodation was a luxury for us. Our room were very spacious, the facilities still looks new, we love the solid wood materials they used for the rooms. Rooms are soundproof so you wouldn't be woken up by the highway noises or dogs barking. You can watch netflix as well. Location is not near city center but we prefer it that way as we want to be far from the chaos.

There's not enough queen bed rooms; We booked a twin room since that was the only available. No roof deck to look at Mayon Volcano, they have a room that have balcony but was unavailable too.

Super clean!

It’s clean and comfortable beds and the room was so spacious. We had two single beds and it was just perfect. It gave a homey feel even if the room was so big, there was still coziness. There was hot shower which we really loved and the bathroom was very neat. If not for our schedule we would’ve stayed longer to witness Mayon from there. We’re definitely going back to P&B the next time we’re in Legazpi!

Just the rough road from the main highway. At night for first timers it is a little difficult to find.
