delicious Apulian breakfast

The highlight of our trip to Italy. Stayed 3 nights in a traditional trullo which was amazing. Used our car to visit the sites each morning then sat by the pool and relaxed in the afternoon. Marcantonio was a wonderful host and a fantastic cook. Make sure to stay in at least one night for dinner to enjoy his company and culinary delights. Highly recommended

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights. I believe it was outside the regular sezon as the price was great for us. The property is beautiful, it was a quiet and relaxing place to spend some quality time. The beds are soo comfortable, we slept a lot. And in the morning, you can have a coffee in the design space outside your room. Parking is safe and big for how many rooms there are. Marcoantonio is an amazing host and makes you feel like staying over a friends house. We booked a dinner prepared by him, the food was amazing - very tasty and the atmosphere - even better. We spend like 4 hours chatting, getting to know more about the area, about the property and about him. 100% recommend to book a dinner - it's an experience worth living.

It can be tricky to find the property the first time (the main road was closed when we got there, so we had to find an alternative) but on the other hand, that's the beauty of it - being quite isolated.

Apollo remains our soul place. We felt extremely good. Marcantonio was there for us and made our vacation more beautiful, he cooked for us amazingly with fresh and delicious ingredients. it wouldn't have been the same without him. We will definitely come back

This stay will have a special place in our hearts. Not only the accommodation is unique, also the host Marcantonio is wonderful. Very relax, but also very passionate about the beauty of Puglia. He is a very good chef and with the local ingredients he made a very nice private dinner. The Trulli’s are charming and the ambiance between the olive trees makes it a perfect spot to recharge and enjoy the beauty of Italy. We have a new friendship and a place in Italy we can call home! Thanks for everything Marc Antonio! Till we meet again

Decided to extend our stay in the Region,and came across Apollo House Puglia on the Booking.com Website.Trulli totally exceeded our expectations in ever way.Room size was extremely generous, the rooms/apartments were spotless, and the cooking and cleaning facilities were excellent.Breakfast served by MarcoAntonio was generous, with a local flavour, and Dinner totally surpassed everything we had been expecting..MarcoAntonios cooking was a revelation,imaginative and supremely tasty!Bueno!

Nothing...The Honesty Bar was well stoked with local wines and a selection of Beers and cocktails.The Infinity Pool was clean, and provided a great view and backdrop back to the Coast.

The whole estate is surrounded by a million olive trees where you can find absolute calmness including a great view over the whole bay. Marc Antonio took great care of us with his extraordinary cooking skills for Breakfast and Dinner. He really made us feel like home where no wish or request was left unanswered. We def come back!

Beautiful location near Monopoli in the hills, quiet, very comfortable and relaxing accommodation, rooms are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Delicious breakfast too!
