Innanzitutto la posizione è eccezionale, vicino al centro ma lontano dal caos. Basta veramente poco per arrivare alle spiagge principali e ai principali punti di interesse. La macchina diventa quasi superflua. L'appartamento al secondo piano è ampio, nuovo e molto luminoso. Ottima la presenza della cucina e della lavatrice, quest'ultima molto utile durante l'estate! La presenza di due balconcini e di uno stendino è ottimo per i teli del mare e per stendere i costumi. L'aria condizionata funziona benissimo e non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo in stanza. Voglio però evidenziare anche la grande disponibilità di Domenico, che oltre ad averci accolti durante il check in ci ha aiutato sia con il parcheggio che con il giro in barca. La sua assistenza è stata a 360 gradi. Stra consigliato.

Emplacement, calme, appartement neuf, propre et moderne, meublé avec goût, 2 petites terrasses, dont une parfaite pour sécher le linge, machine à laver le linge, climatisation, rooftop commun. Check-in anticipé accordé par les gérants.

Quelques nuances à apporter: a) Il n'y a pas de chambre à proprement parler, mais un renfoncement avec un lit; il s'agit d'un grand studio b) La grande terrasse/rooftop ne fait pas partie de l'appartement, il s'agit d'une zone commune au 3e étage pour les 2 appartements c) L'équipement cuisine est un peu sommaire: un grille pain, une (grande) cafetière italienne qui fonctionne correctement sur l'induction, voire un petit lave vaisselle seraient bienvenus. d) Formalités administratives un peu lourdes et virtuelles; nous n'avons pas rencontré les gérants e) Lors de la 4e nuit, les voisins ont fait une soirée bruyante sur le rooftop voisin jusqu'à 4h30 du matin. Impossible de fermer l'oeil.

Muy cómodo 2 baños y cerca de la estación del tren y del centro.

Estuvo todo perfecto. Solo un poco de olor a humedad, pero supongo es normal por tanto calor y construcciones antiguas.
