"No comfort for a group of family stay"

1) they location or the room number indication on access card quite confusing 2) cleanliness have to improve . Blanket , beds are dirty . Toilet ceiling molded 3) no dining table

"Cleanliness, the most important thing, has not been met."

After getting the key, the apartment was not cleaned at all. After claning, bed linen and kissen were dirty. After that, we asked the staff to chaneg and clean again. It took almost 3 hours to set down.
