Pessoal simpático e prestativo, quarto grande e banheiro bom com chuveiro forte e quente. Café da manhã variado. Perto da Plaza de armas.

Pouca iluminação no quarto. Frigobar fazia barulho.

L'emplacement, l'eau chaude

Nous avons été déçu par le tour que l'hôtel nous a organisé : visite obligée des Uros ( alors que nous avions expressément demandé à ne pas y aller); séjour dans une famille qui n'était pas disponible ( car ils géraient le flux des touristes dans leur restaurant) ; du coup : activités factices, dîner seuls, même pas avec la famille, chambre inconfortable,....

"Excelente opción en Puno"

A una cuadra de la plaza de Puno, cuenta con wifi rápido como para trabajar. Asimismo, muy limpio y las instalaciones modernas. El personal fue súper amable en nuestra llegada incluso nos ayudaron a subir las maletas desde que bajamos del taxi. Por último el desayuno súper variado y rico! ☺️
