"Fabulous Stay!"

Fabulous warm & cosy cottage in a great location just off Yarm High Street, beautifully clean and parking no issue. Short stays outside the cottage allowed and car park car just 2 minutes round the corner if needed.

"Simply lovely."

It was cosy and beautiful. Had everything I needed, and lots of thoughtful touches. Little outdoor area too. Parking is free after 5pm and before 9am, or £3 per day in a car park 2 minutes walk away, down Bridge St. beautiful attic room, and double bedroom. Will return.

"Lovely cottage in a great location."

Lovely decor, great location and very cosy. Would loved to have had more time to explore the area. Sounds silly but lovely to have decent size mugs!

We didn't find the beds very comfortable unfortunately...

"Lovely small cottage, great location, comfortable beds and living accommodation"

Great location, 2 minute walk onto Yarm High St. Extremely well-presented inside, modern, very clean.

After a wedding reception the stairs seemed very steep! Only joking. It was a delightful cottage.
