Best place in portree to stay in winter.

This is my first experience to check in and check out a room with no staff in place to ask anything. All instructions were communicated through mail. When I walked in to the room there is a file stated everything about the check out timings, places to view near portree, and famous resturents and health requirements. They also placed everything required for our 2 day stay and left a notes at each place how to use the equipment in room. Overall, I like this place very much and would love to book my accommodation here when I again plan a trip to isle of skye.

The room was just as shown on the pictures, it looked lovely and we had the most comfortable towels! We stayed for two nights and it was great. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate were provided. We were able to park right in front. It was the perfect base to explore the island.

When we arrived the room was quite cold and we couldn't figure out the heating at first. Maybe we are little bit stupid but I think some instructions would help. I reached out to Audrey via email and she got right back to us so it was fixed easily.

Location is very central and clean, parking was available right near by but note it was Dec. Heating was adequate with also a spare small heater and also shower is good.

Mattress is in very BAD condition quilt needs to be bigger. Not the best noise insulation. Lucky it was not summer.

hotel in a pink house right on the pier !! Beautiful! Parking is convenient and there were spaces. there was everything necessary to keep warm, especially in cold weather near a water! There was an additional small heater!
