Villa Marina Sant'Elia

Príjemná a ústretová majiteľka. Pekná opravená prímorská vila, výborne vybavená s krásnou záhradou a vlastným prístupom k moru. Parkovanie za bránou v uzatvorenom priestore. Obchod oproti cez ulicu. Blízko v zátoke reštaurácie - pozor treba rezerváciu. Cítili sme sa tam veľmi dobre.

Für mich und meine Frau ein Ort der Ruhe und zum runterkommen vom alltäglichen Stress. 😉

Wunderbare Reise im Oktober! Das Wetter war so warm, dass man von dem Badeplateau unterhalb des Hauses herrlich baden konnte. Marinas Haus hat eine perfekte Lage in dem sehr niedlichen Dorf Sant‘elia. Schräg gegenüber ist ein gut bestückter Supermarkt, nur die Straße runter geht es zu einem hübschen, kleinen Strand mit Strandbar. Wenn man es privat haben möchte und die Wellen nicht zu hoch sind, dann badet man einfach unten an den Steinen der Badestelle, die vom Haus aus direkt zu erreichen sind. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet mit einem zauberhaften Blick auf die Bucht von porticello aus dem Garten. Das Haus ist geräumig und geschmackvoll. Die Betten sind sehr gut! Marina ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und auch Palermo ist mit der Bahn von Santa Flavia aus leicht zu erreichen. Absolut Empfehlung!

Stunning property in a peaceful and serene setting, but with plenty of amenities and restaurants within walking distance. The property is spacious, clean and very functional. The hidden cove access was truly magical. Lovely and helpful hosts and neighbours, and the locals made us feel so welcome. We will be back!

Thr villa is absolutely gorgeous and the owners very helpful. Beautiful gardens with plenty of seating areas. We loved being able to get into the sea via some steps from the property. Would absolutely stay again

The best rental i have ever stayed in! incredible views, gorgeous facilities. within walking distance of two small towns. Sant’Elia is an amazing beach. grocery store across the street.

The property is situated in a calm and peaceful location, far from the noise of parties. The rooms were very well-equipped, spacious and clean, with air conditioning in each bedroom and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The huge and well-maintained garden was a true highlight, the property surpassed our expectations in real life compared to the photos. The hosts were very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. There is also a supermarket just 1 minute away, along with several nearby restaurants.

The private beach area, while stunning, proved a bit rocky, requiring some effort to access the water.
