Great location, perfect facilities, great owner

Air conditioning not fantastic

The host was really responsive and helpful. The apartment features were good. There was a strong wifi signal, decent sized fridge, a washer and appropriately sized kitchen. All the features worked great.

There was a very strong musty smell that detracted from the overall experience. I tried to air out the apartment but there was considerable noise from foot traffic with the windows open. (When closed, there was no outside noise). There is a floor support above the steps leading from street level to the apartment. When descending the steps, my head hit the support. I’m only 5’10” / 1.78 meters. Some sort of warning sticker would help.

Beautiful newly decorated, clean first floor apartment in a perfect location in the old town

Close to every attractions yet very quiet neighborhood. Waking distance to the public parking which was in front of the police station so we felt safe.

We wished Air conditioning worked better.

The location was perfect although everywhere in ortigia in walkable. Bedroom was nice too.

The shower has some mould around the sealant. The steep stairs as you enter made it difficult with children.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was spacious and well equipped.

The stairs were very steep, and you needed to be careful not to hit your head.

Everything! It’s clean, lovely & sparely furnished so we can move in, light, white, everything works cease! 👍🥰😊😀👌
