Absolutely nothing! Gaining entry was a nightmare and parking was even worse!

Parking was a night mare. We were asked for a $300 before we could be given the code, which was paid directly to them and will not be refunded for 7 business days. There was 3 floors which was not convenient and my friends were able to get a suite at the Hilton for a much better price and great parking! Trying to retrieve and use the code was a hassle as the first 1 did not work. Horrible experience and I will never use booking.com again! I just hope I receive my $300 security deposit! Oh….. 1 more thing! An additional $95 cleaning fee! What a rip off!!!
