Location was good as I was on my way to Botswana.

It was load schedding with no emergency lights/candles. There was no water ? no emergency water supply.

The location

The room, was not clean, smell of dust all over, the room had no water to use for, shower and for toilet.

Nothing at all. This was the most traumatizing facility I have ever been exposed to! From the most hostile and cold reception upon arrival, to a filthy and below standard room. As for the bathroom, untidy taps, shower taps outside shower door, a shower that I just could not enter barefooted, fearing getting fungus because all corners appeared greasy

Firstly, the place just looks horrible, from stopping infront of it. It totally lacks the ambience of a hospitality facility. From unkempt gardens, scrap lying around, dirty patios /verandas, ugly curtains, beds without headboards I missed my home terribly

location, friendly staff, safe place

wifi doesnt reach rooms, the shower taps are outside the shower, our bathroom door could not close, the cleaner took the towels out of the room without saying anything, when i wanted to shower i asked and i had to wait for the towels to get dry. have two sets for each room so that guests have towels when you do washing
