Villa Luna Kuta Lombok

Villa Luna is een prachtige ruime luxe villa met groot buitenzwembad. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, incl. Personeel. De villa ligt vlak bij het centrum van Kuta en het strand, al is dat strand geen bezoek waard. Het strand daar is niet schoon. Ook is het de enige villa in een gebied vol lege kavels en krottige huisjes. Van de omwonenden hadden we geen overlast, wel van de muziek die uit het nabije stap gebied kwam.

Mede reizigers hadden last van de muziek van de café’s in het nabijgelegen centrum van Kuta.

The only thing I would say is a bit more welcome information. Just so we knew more about the villa and where to hire scooters etc.

Easy access to Kuta nightlife and restaurants / cafes

The single beds were uncomfortable

Fantastic location. 10 min walk to Pepito. Few minutes walk to many bars and warungs/restaurants. A good swimming beach within 10 minutes walk along path in front of house. Great beer garden type restaurant 200 metres from front gate of villa. Able to self cater if desired, which we did a couple of times. Staff very on hand if needed, but discrete. Manager Ecco is brilliant. His wife made us fresh brownies on New Year's eve. Provided breakfast is beautifully presented every morning. Ecco was able to arrange anything we needed and organised our washing free of charge. The villa is lovely. There is a very noisy bar across the road behind the villa with duff duff music until early hours - did not disturb us once in aircon bedroom. Ear plugs provided but we didn't need to use. Villa is expensive in Indonesian terms - more people/ cheaper per day / per individual I guess. We will stay again. Only glitch - driver took us to Luna villa and left - then we had to get someone to get us another car to take us to Villa Luna.

Emplacement parfait Accueil chaleureux et personnels au petit soins. La villa offre un confort exceptionnel

Very spacious villa with it's own swimming pool, poolside chairs and towels. It is set in a very large and open area. It is fully air conditioned and the bathrooms are huge. The staff are friendly and attentive. Ako and his team did a great job.

The only downside is the noise from nearby bars and clubs at night.

Beautiful clean spacious villa. There are many spaces within the Villa to relax and enjoy time with our family. Exceptional service from staff. The staff were very prompt and attentive. When we would go out the staff would come in and tidy up for us. In the morning they would open the doors to the living room and set up the breakfast table. If we needed anything it wasn’t a problem eg doing laundry or arranging a transfer. It was a short walk to the restaurants. The breakfast was very nice and plentiful!

The beach out front was not a beach you would want to swim at I didn’t in fact set a foot on it. There are locals that live in shacks towards the back of the beach and the sand is covered in rubbish! It was also very loud at night. Two of the three nights we didn’t sleep well as loud music was played at nearby bars until about three in the morning. The last night was fine. The staff provided us with ear plugs and were very apologetic for the situation. The only criticism we could have in regards to the Villa itself was a lack of hot water. We had to stagger our showers so we could all get some hot water. Other than that the Villa is amazing.
