elevator broken staff not helpful
AEit was clean and looked new, good size of the room and a nice kitchen beds are comfortable housekeeping was ok breakfast buffet (paid additional) was very nice the staff was helpful to lend me a travel adapter
1) did not give me the room that was confirmed. the view was just traffic and therefore noisy and not pleasant 2) the bathroom cubicle was leaking , all water outside the cubicle. 3) lift is very small and was out of order when we returned to the hotel on Wednesday and had to walk up 5 floors after an extensive tour. disappointed 4) side lamps broken, few of the power outlets in the room are damaged
