MYConvenient location, near the subway station and shopping areas, coffee places and food. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The operations and housekeeping staff were incredibly understanding and helpful when I had messed up my reservation dates, resolving the matter quickly.
Would have liked a kettle in the rooms for convenience.

ESLots of space in the room and amazing views of the Dongdaemun and the surrounding area. The location is very convenient with various tube stations and the airport bus nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a little issue with our booked dates and needed an extra one, and they helped us despite being a last minute situation. Also very fast to reply to our queries. I would totally recommend this place if you come to Seoul.
Not an issue, as we had plenty of hand towels, but I missed having larger towels for the shower.
