The villa was exactly as it was shown in the photos. it was great to enjoy both the private pool at the villa and amazing beaches nearby(Kaputas/Patara beaches 10-15mins by car). Host was always responsive and ready to help.

Scammers. Be attentive with this company and people there. They took money deposit on arrival without any paper signed about damages and without an inventory of things in the house. On check out they complained about “missed” hairdryer and the holes in the sofa in the living room, but we did nothing with it (guy who checked after entering the villa was running directly to a sofa and showed that holes, so he saw it before). Staff do not speak English and living their best life without thinking of clearing the pool. Worst service ever.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Kalkan. Beautiful, modern villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location, only a 5 minute taxi ride to the old town. The best thing about this villa however are the views….absolutely stunning from every angle. This property was perfect for a family of 7 including adults and teenagers. Plenty of space for everyone and each bedroom offering an en suite and balcony. Host was brilliant. Great communication throughout and very friendly.

Everything was great. We had an issue on arrival connecting to the WiFi, but host came the next day to rectify this. Also, the water went off in Kalkan once during our week stay (usual for Kalkan) but the host had a water tanker at the property really quick and we were up and running again in no time.
