Charming…, conveniently located and practical

The acomodation was perfect in the centre. Cristian and his sister were very friendly and kind. Communication with them was very good and nothing wasn ´ t problem. They helped us with everything. In the room were free drinks (water, spritz and coffee). That is very kind of them ♥️ We have a few problems, but they helped us with everything.

There is only one bigger problem. This is THE PARKING. There is only public parking and you have to looking for some place to parking.

The room was very clean and comfy. We enjoyed put stay very much and the host was very friendly and communicative. We’ll visit again for sure.

Nothing to complain.

The room was very clean and new, very close to the city centre, walking distance 2-3 minutes. The check in was very easy and Cristian was kind, helpful and he answered very quickly to all our questions. We also had a nice coffee at Caffe Centrale- a beautiful traditional caffe.

It was a little cold, as the weather was not friendly at all because we traveled in November.

Centrally located, ca 15mins from main station and 10mins from harbour. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Luxurious shower options, although it was a bit difficult to just take a quick simple shower :D Good Wifi/Internet. Complementary Netflix. Option to leave baggage before check-in time, although we had quite some miscommunication regarding this option - there is a pre-room (= appartment) to the 2 rooms that has to be opened by host if you need this service before check-in time.

The indoor walls toward the street and along the window/balcony as well as in the toilet were unfortunately full of moldy patches, albeit seemingly only superficial due to heay rains the weeks before. The host reacted immediately and let it clean next day, although not fully and quite a bit of mold remained on the walls, so not removed 100%. Pretty loud area day and night due to traffic, so balcony window had to be kept closed if you needed some quiet(er) time. Balcony could not really be used, due to loud area but also because it is so very much small - you have to fold the small outdoor chairs to be able to fully open the doors to it. Difficult to open apartment (not room) door, more than 1 try needed mostly to get it opened in time after activation the button command in online service. Steep stairs had been mentioned in other reviews :D

The shower was amazing❣️❣️ The room spacious . Complementary drinks in fridge . Cristian was extremely helpful when we had any questions about our holiday or running short of toiletries. A great place to base oneself when wanting to explore Cinque Terre by boat and train. Great restaurants close by and a laundry around the corner to do some washing . This place is ✅✅✅✅

Really nothing . Only thing we lacked was a bottle opener.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, one of the best and quickest check-ins we had, everything being automatized. Also they sent nice recomendations and tips.
