The best accommodation in La Spezia! The room has a very modern interior design and is very beautiful, with a modern air-conditioning system. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and of outstanding quality, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The bathroom is also outstanding, featuring a large rain shower and high quality, modern fittings. A bathroom that could be in a 5-Star Hotel. The doors and windows are well soundproofed, and there is a nice balcony. In addition, a coffee machine and a refrigerator are provided, and coffee pads and cups are also available. The cleanliness is extraordinary, and the room is made up daily! The location is excellent, right next to the old town. The hosts are very accommodating and very friendly. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Das Einchecken war auch nach Mitternacht über eine automatische Türe mit Code möglich. Es hat alles perfekt funktioniert.

We booked because it listed 24hr reception desk but it was remote check in No chairs on the balcony, so couldn't sit outside

Nice room just 3 minutes walking from the main walking street. On the other hand there is a free parking space 10 minutes walking from it. Clean, cozy and spacious. Take in mind that the check-in is fully remote and the doors are opening only thru the link sent to you. That means you need to have battery on your phone at all time!

Perfektní komunikace s majitelem, hezky zařízený pokoj, vše čisté, postele pohodlné, lokalita v centru blízko Námořního technického muzea a Hlavního nádraží. V okolí dostatek restaurací. Vybavení pro přípravu čaje a kávy, lednička.

Prudké schody do 2. patra bez výtahu, nám to nevadilo,, jsme zvyklí na chůzi a měli jsme malá zavazadla, ale je dobré s tím počítat.

La localización excelente cerca de todo lo que se puede hacer y ver en La SPEZIA. Habitación moderna muy iluminada y baño muy amplio .

Lo que no me gustó fue el acceso a la habitación pues informan que es en el piso 2 y no es así pues son casi 4 pisos por unas escaleras muy altas y estrechas. Subir maletas es terrible especialmente para adultos !

Tutto bene con una doccia fantastica. Tranquillo e in vicintà del centro storico. Grazie mille Cristian
