Banyan Luxury rum Camp

I loved this experience in Wadi Rum. Everything was exciting in the place of the accommodation, the way the staff dealt with me, the food, the cleanliness, and the jeep tour.

It was a wonderful visit to Wadi Rum. We took a sunset jeep and the stars were amazing and exciting.

What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it. The services provided by Vip are worth trying, and the cleanliness is of a high standard.

Location is perfect: near the main road and still you have your privacy. Nice view from the tent on beautiful and peaceful desert. Food is exellent especially diner. What ever need you have, host is more than ready to be on service. We had a good and fast communication with owners from the start, they are also offering a lot of trips while in the desert (camil ride, jeep tours, star gaizing, beduin trip...) perfect place for the price you pay! highly reccommending!

The staffs, amenities

Paid 20 JD per person but the buffet items were mostly Nill, breakfast items the same. No bar-b-q , main items for dinner was a chicken item bread, didn’t see such less items ever. The night time fire and tea was good.

Ibrahim is brilliant! We were in constant contact the moment we booked. We were picked up promptly at the central point as soon as we arrived and almost immediately went off on the jeep tour. We had the jeep tour over 2 days. Ibrahim took us to many famous locations and sites and they were phenomenal and out of this world! In between the tours, we did camel riding, tea break and shopping and did zip wire on the dessert! We thoroughly enjoyed the tours and can't praise enough of the hospitality and warmth provided by Ibrahim and his team. We will return and do it all again, hopefully soon.

Dinner was limited in choice but it was a proper bedouin style meal. It was absolutely wholesome!

I can only say that I fell in love, the hotel has excellent views, it is cheap and all the stuff is very nice, especially Ibrahim, who helped us all the time and made us feel very comfortable, he also took care of making us the tour in Wadi Rum and it was an unforgettable experience, I definitely recommend that you stay at this camp, I'm sure you won't regret it.

After booking our stay at Banyan Rum Luxury Camp, Ibrahim reached out promptly to confirm our arrival time and discuss our plans. I mentioned that I was interested in a desert tour of Wadi Rum, and he quickly provided several options, including a 4-hour tour in a Toyota 4x4 for 50 JOD per person. I chose that option, and Ibrahim sent clear instructions for our meeting point near a gas station. He stayed in touch via messages and was very responsive, checking in to confirm our arrival time. When we got to the meeting point, Ibrahim met us and guided us to the camp, where we checked in smoothly. We also opted for the dinner, which was 20 JOD per person. The dinner was a delicious, all-you-can-eat buffet with a variety of local dishes, including vegetables, hummus, and other tasty starters. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our tent, but the management quickly resolved it by moving us to another tent. Everything was handled efficiently. The desert tour with Ibrahim was incredible. He took us to several breathtaking spots with stunning views. Driving through the peaceful desert without crowds was a highlight—we truly felt immersed in the beauty of Wadi Rum. The tour ended at a gorgeous sunset spot, making the experience even more memorable. Although the tour was advertised as 4 hours, it lasted longer, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I was extremely happy with this experience and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jordan.

The breakfast was very tasty, the staff were so nice and friendly especially Ibrahim, he looked after me very well. The location was also amazing.
