Beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of room for a family if 4 and in a great location.

Not about the property but close to the property are a lot of caged roosters. I assume used for cock fighting. They crow all day and night. If you are a light sleeper this will affect you. You do become used to it, it did take a few days. The lounge not very comfortable and find it difficult for even 2 kids and 2 adults to lounge on.

"Room for improvement"

The Villa was beautifully appointed; large, clean, bright and well maintained. Breakfast was nice too. The location was central but tucked away from the street noise.

Our Villa was ready but I had to insist to be able to check in earlier than 3pm. They told me that was the rule...and then changed their minds, 3 times! The neighbouring properties have very noisy roosters kept in cages; we suspect they are used for cock-fighting :(( Nothing went wrong but they did not offer the typical Balinese hospitality I am used to in places like Ubud.

"Comfy little villa to stay at"

The location was fabulous - easy to get around Sanur. The pool was a welcome retreat after a day of adventuring out and about. It was clean and tidy.

The breakfast was just ok.

Breakfast was included and very fresh produce. The Villa was cleaned well each day. There were a couple of maintenance issues discovered on arrival which were attended to immediately.

I couldn't find anything which we didn't really like.
