The view and rooms were great

The manager made an error at check in that charge me for a room I had already paid for through booking.com and than proceeded to blame me for his mistake

Staff was amazing, I believe the person when we first arrived was Lynn? Then the next person we met was Kelly. Both excellent!

The pull out bed didnt have a sheet on it and it had an obvious pee stain, we had to go ask for sheets for it, the first bed had inside out sheets which made us concerned they were reused instead of washed, the pool you have to have the worker walk you down to get in, which would be fine if these poor people werent working completely alone.

My husband and I really liked the cleanliness of the place. We enjoyed the comfort and safety of the facility too. Staff was very inviting and nice. The value was just right and affordable. The breakfast in the morning was great also. We would definitely book here again in the future when we visit Colorado again.
