The personnel were exceptionally friendly, and the cusine was excellent (we chose full board). Breakfast was fantastic.

Unfortunately, the wonderful view of the mountains is slightly marred by a hideous multistory apartment tower to one side.

the very warm welcome and pre arrival correspondence. The diner was incredible, we never expected to have such exiting and excellent food up in a small ski station. Good selection of wine but it was the menu (and this was apparently a quiet night so limited choice of (only!!) 3 for each course, starter, main and desert) - we were both blown away by the food and actually unable to eat it all, shouldn't have pigged out on the apero and nibbles before hand. great setting, view and location, looking out on what would be pistes, good doors to the balcony, locking out cold and noise (unusual in even the most expensive ski resort hotels). Kettle in the room for beverages

Only thing was being able to hear other people in their bathrooms through the bathroom and loo plumbing systems, otherwise had a very comfortable stay.
