"Pricey for a place without breakfast or usable beach. Nice room with good view."

Room was big, and bed was very comfortable. There was a nice view of the beach we couldn't use from the balcony. The owner fortunately willing to refund our second day due to local construction noise.

Beach was closed to swimming so had to book up the road at Nanwan. No info on that anywhere I could find. Noise due to local contruction from 10-5 (jack hammer) forced us to cancel second night.
