AC is not there in both bedrooms. Hence please plan to be adjusted with fan. But couldn't sleep well due to hot for 1 day. Remaining days was raining so managed

I would like to commend the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. The upkeep and maintenance of the living space are commendable, and I appreciate the efforts put into ensuring a pleasant living environment.

Firstly, there have been multiple instances of electrical shutdowns during my stay. These outages have not only been frequent but also prolonged, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting my daily activities. Secondly, I have noticed that the apartment only provides four 500ml bottles of drinking water. This limited supply is insufficient for a comfortable living experience. Additionally, considering the rental price, I expected the provision of essential home appliances such as a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. The absence of these appliances has been disappointing. For context, I have recently booked another apartment at a lower price which includes all these appliances, enhancing my overall living experience. I believe that addressing these issues will significantly improve the living conditions and meet the expectations set by the rental price.

Spacious with good ventilation.

Just a feedback : need a kettle for tea or coffee to prepare as per convince. Water bottle provided only 1ltr/bedroom which is way to less for requirement in summer. I had to order my own bisleri barrel.

Perfect for a family of five. Well maintained and clean.
