To start with, how this property is rated as 4 stars is beyond me? it’s a 2 star 3 at very best! enter the apartment and the plaster is all coming away at the front door where it’s been slammed too many times, the bedroom furniture is in terrible condition, the on- suite bathroom smells terrible, with a soiled bathtub that didn’t drain, not that I used it, the shower rubbers in desperate need of replacing, the kitchen has staining on the walls at skirting level, the utensils are a mix match that looks like they have been picked up at a car boot sale, the AC in the front room doesn’t blow cold air and the outdoor furniture is very rusted, the posting doesn’t mention the fact you have to pay for electricity on top of your booking! ( although I managed to get this wavered with some help from booking.com) oh I’ve you’re old or disabled keep well away from this property the hill is sooooo steep my Ford ranger was begging for mercy!

Nice facilities and location. Good sized rooms and fitted out well.

Hill was an issue in bad weather but good for taking exercise usually. Staff not there all the time to talk too. There is an accommodation vehicle which would have been nice to be dropped down the road or locally - especially when wet. I would like the electricity to be included in the booking amount paid. It felt like we had paid a high amount (3000 baht) for 11 days.

The air conditioner was no good
