Comfortable room with double bed and separate bathroom located near the room. Great location close to the Rustaveli street. We had an opportunity to park our car in the yard. I really liked the spacious kitchen in the basement and yard. Instructions were sent prior to our stay so we checked-in without problems and less interactions.

The window was looking to the built-in living room so there wasn’t a fresh air or direct sun in our room. I didn’t find any toiletries such as shampoo or liquid soap. I would say that it is not hotel as it is described in the title, it’s a quest house.

Everything was fine, comfortable pillows especially, I just had the impression from the pictures that it would be a little nicer. Doesn’t really feel like a hotel, just some rooms on one ground floor

Doesn’t live up to the photos. In reality the room we had was kind of dingy and needed repainting. The biggest thing was that all the plug sockets were British type (never seen that in Georgia before) and no other kit provided, so we couldn’t charge any of our electronics.

The room doesnt have an airconditioning unit. No toiletries was provided. The owner is not always available in the hotel.
