The Dairy Bothy at Clauchan Holiday Cottages

This property has a lovely summer house to relax and view the beautiful countryside location whatever the weather. Short drive to the stunning coast. Peaceful location.

Low pressure on the shower made long hair washing impossible.

The Dairy Bothy was more than we could have hoped for. We travelled up to attend/partake in a sports event locally and the cottage and facilities were well equipped for our bikes, given that it is on a national cycle way. The cottage was spacious and clean, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the location was beautiful, nice and peaceful! Instructions for checkout were clear and the separate bins for recycling made it so easy when we came to leave!

Good location, comfortable bed, nice summer house to sit in, pleasantly warm and easy to park the car nearby.

Weak shower, absolutely stinking dog bed in the kitchen, too many house rules and poorly worded, miserly with toilet roll and tea and coffee, expected guests to remove and bag up bedding at the end of the stay, also said that the property was pet friendly, but did not accept a hamster, of all things! What a shame.

Lovely countryside location, good facilities, well presented accommodation, would definitely stay again, hosts have thought of everything!
