The Wesley Walla Walla

Comfort, convenience, great amenities and aesthetics!

This is our second time staying at the Wesley, and we would love to stay there again! It has such a great feel to it. So cute, chic, warm, inviting, and the staff are so friendly! It is so central to town, so we really enjoyed taking our morning walk into town to grab breakfast and roam the shops. We highly recommend the Wesley to anyone staying in Walla Walla.

The showers could have been a bit hotter, but we understand it might not be set up to keep all showers very hot if multiple rooms are using them at the same time.

Clean, comfortable, and easy walking distance to downtown or Whitman. Parking on site.

Shower water pressure was a little low for me, but that's it.

Beautiful unit, but highly overpriced for what it offers The unit itself is very nice, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is also excellent, which was the main highlight of the stay. However, it completely fails to justify a price tag of $350 a night. The entire check-in and stay felt completely robotic and devoid of any human touch. Communication consisted of exaggerated, overly long text messages crammed with endless instructions, yet there was zero actual hospitality or a genuine check-in. It felt like dealing with a corporate machine rather than a host. For a premium price, you expect a premium experience, but the policies fell short. I was never informed that there was a jacuzzi on the property, so I couldn't enjoy it because I hadn't packed for it. To make matters worse, being hit with a sign asking guests to wash their own dishes before leaving—while paying a luxury nightly rate—felt entirely inappropriate. It is a lovely space, but the value just isn't there. Booking this at $350 a night was an expensive mistake I won't make again.

Lower the price, provide some goodies in the room that will justify the price, send a better description of the place with the amenities it includes, find a way to reduce the number of the text messages that are sent before checking in

Spacious room, comfortable. Great location. Adequate parking. Microwave and coffee and small refrigerator available in common area.

Essentially no human contact except by text. Would prefer an individual mini refrigerator in the room.

Beautiful setting, comfortable bed, lovely room, so close to downtown!

The staff (Pascal) was very communicative. The shared garden is the golden ticket here. I was here to celebrate a big birthday and it was a perfect place to gather at night around a fire table (only until 10 pm btw - Walla Walla rules) - and in the morning for breakfast. We even did pilates and work out on the grass spaces. The hot tubs are beautiful and there is a small cold pool. We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit - well-appointed, easy to use. Blankets were easy to find (as were pool towels, etc.) We will be back!

It is an older building so the larger bedroom downstairs could get cold. And honestly, not being able to be up after 10 pm was a bummer (but not The Wesley's call).
