modern and spacious. beautiful kitchen

charged extra in cash for extra person (thought I had indicated 3 - my bad). contacted about another set of sheets for pull out. response was “but you only indicated 2 guests”. however we PAID cash for the extra so we should have had sheets. the weren’t delivered but we found some “damp” sheets buried in a closet and used them. asked for a wine opener because we couldn’t find one. told to go to a market and buy one.

i have read already in other reviews and its true- the mattreses are rock hard.

Modern and clean

The location is not friendly, it is better to find an apartment closer to the center (on the other side of the main street)

Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms and a big terrace. Close to the city center and train station. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Really enjoyable apartment, clean towels and bed linens.

We visited in December and the apartment was a bit cold for us. We used the aerotherm to warm it up.

there is actually 1 bathroom, the other so called bathroom has no shower nor bath- only toilet, sink and bidet.

Good services near supermarkets in a central area of Bergamo

The photos shown in Booking would be from the opening day; the apartment has the minimum in furniture; minimum spending on decoration; one room has bedside tables and 3 closets; and the other room only has a dresser that only serves as a table. The apartment has two bathrooms but one does not have a shower. The cheap extra-soft spring mattresses; you sink into bed; the pillows are also uncomfortable. Breakfast is "do it yourself" they leave you the minimum necessary for a coffee with milk with pastries and industrial cookies.
