Kalia Beach Hotel Side

Location and staff was great. The beach and restaurant was very nice, beach is just in front of the hotel and the sunbeds very comfortable. Staff was polite and responsive. The quality of the food in the restaurant was good.

There were ants in the room. Rooms need to be renovated. No minibar, not even water in the fridge and no enough towels. Breakfast wasn’t good, we were supposed to take our breakfast in the restaurant in order to have good meal and coffee.

Really spectacular location, restaurant and beach service.

The bathroom needs a complete restoration. The shower was very bad, the water did not flow and it was very dark. Only one air conditioner for the two floors, as I stay right in the middle, absolutely hot upstairs (because the cold air doesn't rise) and very cold downstairs. Beach towels are not available.

Well located, access to a private beach, good value for money on peak times (about 70eur per night on August weekend). Had a wooden hut with 2 floors

Not too clean - smell from the bathroom, wooden walls are dusty. Teapot was leaking, 2nd floor was super hot even with a/c fully on, while 1st floor was freezing because of it. Taxi from AYT costs 65 eur and hotel staff doesn't help with finding cheaper options nor changing money. Had noone there at 6am to get us a taxi despite 24/7 reception claim. Gua restaurant with 10% discount is not great.

kale Beach Hotel is right at the heart of local amenities. Walking distance from a beautiful beach, friendly staff and a bonus fruit/ herb garden are of added points of KBH. If you are not fussy, you would have a great time at KBH.

shower needs definitely renovation, issue that flooring done wrongly and water would stay after you took a shower
