PHThe house was in the middle of the village. Sassi is in your backyard ! Amazing view at night when the lights are ON. Mother and Son ( owner of the house) were both very welcoming , kind, and friendly. Will come back and recommend to friends and family! There's a lift for luggage only . But our room was on the 2nd floor, with a terrace to people watching at night. Stores and bars are in front of the house too. The room was big . Sofa bed in the living room. Everything was perfect !

AUGreat central location with amazing private rooftop area overlooking Sassi. Personable and helpful hosts who served a great breakfast for us. The room was large and quiet with a recent completely renovated interior. Very special! Loved the "bag elevator" to the second floor.

CLTodo. Absolutanente todo! Onofre, Marisa y Marilena son demasiado gentiles y hospitalarios. La ubicación perfecta! En pleno centro histórico de Matera. Desayuno tipico muy rico. Lo recomiendo 100%. Las vistas desde la pieza y la terraza son espectaculares.

AUOur group all loved staying at L’Incanto Luxury Rooms. We were greeted by the owners of the property who where very helpful. The location, the views, rooms, terrace and breakfast were fantastic. We would highly recommend these apartments!!

AUWe loved everything about the property - from the welcome from Onofrio and Marisa, breakfast each day, the location, cleanliness and the most magnificent terrace to relax on at the end of each day.
AUPerfectly situated in the old city with access to all the UNESCO sites. But most importantly our hosts were delightful and friendly. Especially as we only spoke English.
