The reception was great, the hosts were amazing and the restaurant suggestions were on point. Excellent place with excellent people.

The setting is gorgeous, close to a lake with breathtaking mountains as a backdrop. You can have breakfast outside, looking at the mountainsides, breathing pure, clean air. Heaven! The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was a fantastic escape from the traffic and noise to which we're used in our daily life. Bliss!

The only thing I missed was having mosquito nets at the window.

The room and bathroom are newly renovated, very modern and furbished with taste. Except for the bed (we were sinking in the mattresses) everything is very high quality. We liked a lot to sit on the large terrace next to the vegetable garden, for breakfast or after having cooked. There is a communal kitchen for the three guestrooms with three tables inside and also three tables outside, which is great. The breakfast is very good, also the cakes (especially the nut-cake and the apple-pie) as part of the breakfast are very nice.

There where some points which we did not appreciate (which would be easy to change, other tourists might think the same), mainly concerning ecological subjects: Trentino offers free public transport to all it’s tourists. According to the tourist-office all the hosts are obliged to inform their guests about the Trentino guest card and to give it to them (as a card or on the mobile phone) if they want it. We did not understand why we were not offered this possibility right away, especially as we had said at our arrival that we were travelling by train and bus from Germany. We found out about it only on the second day in the tourist office in the next town. Not all tourists only like to use the car (as seem to do most of the locals in the village), the bus-connections to Trento or villages around are not great but it’s possible. In other accommodations especially it they are quite far away from shopping and restaurants its common to inform the guests about bus-timetables and good places to go, some photocopies in the communal kitchen and maybe a short verbal explanation would be be very helpful. The litter box in the kitchen would allow waste-separation if it would be labelled. The throw-away plastic-cups in the bathroom could easily be replaced by glass, which would also better suit the high-quality bathroom. An espresso-machine without aluminium-capsules would also be more ecological (though we understand that the one in place is easier to handle).

The peace and quiet, the amazing views, the surrounding houses and the lake itself.

There is not much to do up there just walk and visit the lakes area.
