Untidy, broken bathroom, dirty toilet, frequent visits to my room while intoxicated was scary for me. No room cleaning at all. Laundr machine not working.

The cleanliness and the hygiene and also the facilities.

Separate toilet even if the guests have to pay more. External surroundings were clean and well-maintained unlike most others that are dirty and dingy
