Central apartment close to food and shopping

The apartment is great! Clean and beautiful. Giovanni is simply great! Highly recommended!!

Fridge is noisy as is in same room as bed. We switched it off overnight.

Giovanni is a great host. He was always responsive to all communications before and during the trip. He met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. The apartment is in a great location, with many good restaurants nearby and an easy 10 minute walk to major sites. There is a lovely indoor market and gelato shop right next door, and an excellent patisserie across the street. Except for Saturday night when there was music playing in the street until 12:30am, it was very quiet at night. It was great to have an elevator to get up to the apartment.

The bed was a little soft for us, but we still slept well. Everything else was great and we'd stay there again.

Everything. Very conveniently located in the middle of the historic town next to the all major sights, restaurants, transportation. The apartment itself is very comfortable with everything you need. The owner is very nice and promptly responded to all questions before and during the trip. I would highly recommend, if you in Bologna grab this apartment if it is available for your days.

Host greeted us at the door and explained everything to us. Bonus was the washing machine and a great restaurant around the corner.

The location is within walking distance of the main tourist area. I liked that the owner greeted us on arrival and answered all our questions. The owner was available by phone too. The bakery and coffee shop across the street was excellent.

The building number is not visible from the street, the number and entrance door are on the side. This made it difficult for the cab driver to know where to stop, but the apartment owner was in front of the building to greet us. This was nice. Some people might like a bidet but the shower would have been easier to enter without the bidet in front of the shower door.
