The staff were friendly and the location was good. The apartment was large enough. The downstairs lobby was well maintained

When you stepped out of the lift it just looked like a run down old place. The apartment had some touches to make it look 'glamorous' I.e. mirrored ceilings and coloured lighting. But the plug sockets were loose and hanging, the bathroom door not only wouldn't lock but wouldn't shut properly. The fridge was falling apart and its door wouldn't shut properly either. Severe maintenance issues

The curtains let in light and the glass didn't block out the noise so sleeping was difficult.
