Seawatch at Island Club

Construction started early- but we knew this going in - visiting family in area- so only used for sleeping and bonus short walk to beach every morning

The units were very nice and clean with all the conveniences of home, even a crock pot! The exterior was run down and needed updated painting, structural updates, and exterior updates. Pool/hot tub were closed and we were not advised prior to our trip, which was a huge disappointment. Location was amazing, with easy access to the beach, great views of the ocean, and a huge pond for catch and release fishing. Parking was minimal and often we had to park far from the unit in the evenings. The location of the trash dumpsters was ridiculously far away. This is set up as a timeshare community and several flyers discussed owners meetings and get togethers.

Dirty towel left on nightstand Laundry bag left in front of our unit entrance during our entire stay. Dishwasher was still going when we arrived as if the cleaning service was just done at 5:30pm Parking Roll away bed was not at all comfortable to sleep on, no blanket was provided

It was great! Wish we had more time - you need at least a full week to enjoy all But the resort was perfect - clean and beds were comfortable… It felt safe. It was close to the ocean and the ocean was not crowded. I loved the lounge chairs in the water to lay out in - fun!! The only thing that wasn’t great was the parking:/

Location was great. We had a small hornet nest on the balcony but crew came over right away to remove it.

We inquired about staying an extra night if there was availability and were told that we couldn’t because there was a three night minimum. We were already staying for four nights and the rest of our family was staying until Saturday but were told that was not a possibility because it would be a separate booking. Didn’t make much sense, but oh well.

We really liked it. Loved that our side of the beach was pretty empty compared to other areas. Enjoyed the pool and the tennis courts

condo 7103 could us a bit of minor repairs and a few new items (outside mats, dish rack) but truly, it was extremely efficient and comfortable!!! Beautiful sunrises!! Shady afternoons!!
