TWThis is the most horrible accommodation experience for us. Before you check-in, they sent a lot of message for you, a lot of rule you must follow, and use their own website to upload your passport and take selfie, check in n out. After we checked out at 9am(before 10am), and use their website. They still send message for me, tell me that I was late to check out, I should extra to pay for ¥10000. Even I tell him that we checked out at 9am, and take photo n video to recording, after two weeks they still send a message for me, and say I must pay them money. ——————————————————- When my partner take hot shower, and I open the air conditioner that power outage, we just could fix it by self, customer service will not help you. Use stoves? power cut Use heater ? power cut Use hair dryer ? power cut When you use 2 electric product on the same time, power been cut and no one help you.

The water boiler is broken and no hot water provided for bathing. Toilet flushing system is also out of order. Cannot contact customer service. No emergency support. Very terrible experience because no checking of devices in advance.
