"Rooms are basic, location is convenient. Good for a short, last-minute stay."

Stayed one night and booked last minute. The receptionist was very welcoming, and they messaged with clear arrival instructions, which was helpful since the homestay is in a village. Location is 6-10mins away from Arked Padang Besar and KTM station, about RM10 by Grab.

Suggestion: improve toilet maintenance, I think maybe due to narrow drainage, so it clogged when showering. Also consider investing to change the curtains due to dust, especially for guests with sinus.
