The Address Royal Loft

The loft was very modern, clean and all bed linen, towels etc were provided. There was some coffee, tea and other helpful food stuffs provided. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was also available in the shower. There was ample space for 18 of us to eat, have meetings etc. Despite only having two bathrooms and a toilet, we made it work. There are no bathrooms upstairs. The area is very quiet with lots of restaurants nearby. The neighbours clearly don't like guests staying in the loft so be sure not to sit in the courtyard or make any noise outside. The loft is in an enclosed complex and there is a code to get in the gate and to get into the house which made everything feel very secure. The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to deal with.

I was surprised to find that only 4 bedrooms actually had doors. One bedroom didn't have any privacy at all from the communal living space so perhaps the hosts could add curtains so that there is some form of privacy. The stairs to the upper rooms don't have any handrail and are quite steep which was quite dangerous. Also one of the rooms listed says it has two double beds but this is not the case. The largest room has an 's&m' theme which certainly gave us all a giggle.

We had a great time here with friends. You need to obey the house rules in regard to noise - but those are well communicated in advance. Communication with the hosts was good and they accommodated all our needs. In general it was just perfect and would definitely recommend and return here.

Such an amazing place for the 22 of us - everything was made so easy, from picking up the keys to leaving the place. Perfect location in the city too, most places we wanted to visit were within about 20 mins walk of here.
