"Comfortable and a relaxed environment makes the property attractive for stay. However arrangements needs to be upgraded"

Relaxed environment near the Periyar river. Mr. Rajan joseph was very helpful and attended the calls promptly. The apartment is perfect for a comfortable family stay.

Basic features like apartment cleaning, bed linen, toilet regular cleaning and making up required for a long term stay wasn’t available. It was irritating to call the person every time on this regard.

Everything about this property is good. You need to be aware that this is not a hotel, but few fully furnished Apartment units being let out for online booking. It's completely furnished and neatly maintained. You have an amazing view of River Periyar.

"Exceptional stay with good times"

Excellent property well maintained and cleaned properly. Really worth considering the ambiance it offers. The support from the host Rajan chettan was really awesome, helping us on anything and everything on our stay.
