Rooms with a view.. Huge property to relax and take a break.

The food was good but bit blande for our taste. A choice of restaurants are available though.

The property is fantastic . Great location , sprawling area with hillocks and lakes, comfortable stay and great food

Three things don't work for the property 1. It's priced very high. It's not a 5 star experience but the charges definitely are 2. The staff is not professionally trained for service , you have them speak loudly around guests, play Laois music in the cars that ferry you around , uncouth and loud staff , also lots of the Hanging around looks unprofessional 3. The facilities in the room , the quality of linen, pillows , furniture etc looks substandard given the price

The location was beautiful. Very well maintained property. The housekeeping and restaurant team were very helpful and efficient.

No hot water in Bathroom. Took very long to fix the problem. Same issue occurred the next day. We were not able to sleep well as there was a event and they played loud music till 3am. There was no way to contact the reception as intercom was turned off.

The room was very clean and spacious, very comfortable. We had lawn facing room. The food ordered via room service was delicious (had pizza, chocolate mouse, pakodas). Nice greenery everywhere.

The reception personnel seemed unfriendly and not very efficient. Twice we asked for an extra room key but it was not given and we had to remind. Also overall the staff seems untrained. Nothing much to do hence we got a bit bored on the second day. Food at saltt is strictly okay, seems overhyped. We had a lasagna and it was overly indianised.

I loved being with nature, the food at salt, I went for a boat ride on the lake with my daughter and also liked the arcade area. The duty manager was excellent and responded promptly on WhatsApp. Mr Shukla from the arcade area was also particularly helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay
