Villa with terrace overlooking the city park

Great place to relax! 🤩 The apartment is located near the city park and 5 min. from the Szechenyi Baths. The apartment is very spacious, cozy, furnished in retro style, modern kitchen, everything is very comfortable and functional! We felt at home! The owner is a very sweet, kind, caring and intelligent woman. There is a public transport stop near the house, but at the same time it is a very quiet place. We had a great holiday here and will definitely come back next time!👌🏻 Many thanks to Kati for her hospitality, care and comfort!🤗😍💖

An incredible place to stay! The apartment is so lovely furnished and decorated with antique items, while being modern and super-convenient at the same time. As for the amenities, there’s everything you need and more. Kati, the hostess, is an awesome person and a caring host making you feel at home. Just across the road is The Central Park, where one finds lots of wonderful sights (a couple of museums, a stunning Castle, and the House of Hungarian Music), attractions (including Szechenyi Baths of course) and quiet places. Smart playgrounds for kids, too. The nearest supermarket is not really close however, but this is not an issue with a bus - a bus stop is right in 50 meters from the place. This place would be our first choice once we head to Budapest next time. Thank you, Kati!

This is a simply amazing apartment with the nicest and most accommodating hosts! The space is large and bright, the location is top notch, just next to the City park (which has the Széchenyi thermal baths, the Vajdahunyad castle, the Zoo, and several wonderful playgrounds for children), with tram and trolleybus stops right next to it, getting you to the city center in 10-15 minutes. It had all the amenities we needed for a week long stay, the kitchen is more than fully equipped.

Actually there is nothing we did not like, but here's some tips: The apartment is on the third floor without lift. It's obvious from the pictures, but to put it in text - the bedroom with the sofa bed is transitional between the main bedroom and the living room/entrance hallway, so keep in mind if privacy is key for the once who plan to sleep there. The entrance to the garage has a low ceiling - 180cm or so - more than enough for our compact SUV, but keep in mind if you have a higher vehicle.

Location is excellent, facing a marvellous park and city centre is easily reached by bus in 10-15 minutes. The apartment is spacious, bright and with a lovely balcony overlooking the park. Thermal Baths are at a 10 minutes walking distance. Kati is a superb host, the apartment is spotless and offers every comfort. Highly recommended 👌

The property was absolutely amazing. 💓 It’s overlooking the city park and is very calming. There are such spacious beds, the place has everything you need, literally EVERYTHING AND MORE ❤️ And the most important part is the characteristic of the house, those vintage furniture, book corner, the prettiest kitchen tells everything. Also, this house has the best host you can ever meet. She is so kind, caring and sweet! 🫶🏻 We just love her so much and can’t wait to see her again! 🥹❤️

The apartment is set in a beautiful location overlooking a large park with easy access to city centre and less than 10 minutes walking from the biggest thermal baths in Budapest. The property is big and very bright, with a lovely balcony facing the park. Kati was a super host, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and make sure we had everything we needed.

Beautiful apartment, spacious, very well equipped. Great location with the park opposite, and public transport on the doorstep. Air conditioning was very welcome. Kati our host was lovely and very helpful. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

I can't explain how nice it was to stay here. I chose it from the photos because I loved the furniture and the charm of an older apartment, and also because of how close it is to City Park, since I really wanted to take my daughter to the famous playground there, but this doesn't even begin to explain how much nicer it was to stay here because of the super welcoming, warm, and friendly hosts and their lovable dog. They went out of their way to accommodate us and we will miss them! So, yes, the apartment is perfect, everything you'd ever need, it's beautiful, but the icing on the top are the hosts. The beds are comfortable, the bathtub is great, there are shutter blinds so it is dark, there are two air-conditioning units, the house is filled with antiques, and interesting books. So, if you're looking for character, style and ambience, this place oozes it.
