Excellent location, cozy apartment, anything u need is there and anything to cook some wonderful italian pasta in the evening. The host was very helpful with everything I asked. There is even some kind of local tax I didnt really understand why not included in Bookings price, but it was less than a brioche per day so no big thing.

The elevator is a bit old fashioned and is too easy to make it not working properly, disturbing this way the elderly living in the needing it most.

The apartment in the last floor and there is really low ceiling, people that don’t like small places can feel uncomfortable. There is 2 small windows, it’s also not so comfortable. For 2 days it’s was good, for longer period it can be problematic.

Small but cosy apartment, looks like it was recently renovated. It is located in a lively neighbourhood with a pedestrian area just around the corner full of bars and restaurants. The main city center is only a 15-20 minutes walk away, offering a wider choice of restaurants and sights. It’s also not too far from the railway station - we took the local line to visit Miramare castello, which is just a 10 minute train ride. The apartment is on the the 5th floor, below the rooftop, but we could get it cool enough inside with the airconditioning, even with +30 degree C outside temperatures in June. The owner was very friendly and easy to reach over phone/whatsapp

There is an elevator, but it is tiny and a bit finicky to operate. A washing machine is present and works fine. It would be nice to have a small drying rack though - being at the 5th floor we were a bit afraid to use the Italian-style outdoor rotating drying lines :) Not the fault of the property, but traffic is hectic and free parking spots are taken in 30 seconds. Forget parking on the streets unless you bring a very small car and are not scared of tiny parking spaces. We parked in nearby Foro Ulpiana underground parking for 18 eur/day.

Well organized space for two, everything that you possibly need in a small apartment. Great location too.

There is no parking, but the host was kind to give us tips for regular city parking that is free, and we were lucky to park in the front of the building, so it wasn’t a problem. To be honest, we did not confirm with the host about the parking, but in cities, it is always a lottery.
