Not what we paid for

Someone waited for us to give us the keys, space was really new, modern, had the facilities to make the stay comfortable. Staff were very friendly, responsive and quick with their answers. I booked two appartments, both were nice, modern and comfortable. Staff kindly accommodated us with the problem faced with our booking.

I had booked a different property with the same company which manages a number of properties in the city.Sadly, there had been a problem with the original property booked and we were offered this place as an alternative. Although the location of this new place was really nice, it was further away from my work, so this impacted my 'convenience' to getting to the meeting.

Very clean apartament Bed is really confortable Location is okay, not very far from the center and there's a kaufland right across the street.

You can hear your neighbours discussing, the walls are extremely thin. I asked for an extra night, i paid a random amount of money (a higher price than the one i originally rented the apartament for) and never reveived an invoice or receipt. There's no iron in the apartament - they bring you one only if you ask for one, but not the table for ironing. Windows don't have a mosquito net, so the first night i couldn't sleep until i got rid of all insects that entered the room while i was gone. The alternative is not to ventilate the room...not a very pleasant solution :)
