Good location, well equipped flat, there are some shops in 100 meters, tram station Darmstad is very close

Some kitchen's equipment is for replacement

The bed sheets are so dirty, with a lot of obvious dry dirt over the blankets. The rooms are not cleaned , old foods found not cleaned

The location was good. The host did a great job by changing the smart tv that did not have the Youtube working with another smart tv as my son had wanted it

We liked almost everything in there. It took us at least 2 times to convince the host that the Youtube was not working on the earlier smart tv

Convenient location Room and facilities were clean but..,

They say no smoking rooms but what they really mean is you can choose not to smoke in there because the room had a clear cigarette smell. Not pleasant for non-smokers. People also smoke right outside the entrance to the hotel so the smell kept coming right into our 1st floor room. As it is an Apart Hotel, they don’t come to clean daily as in a hotel but they should give more toilet paper rolls based on the length of someone’s stay. We kept having to go ask (they did always give when we asked) A bit noisy if on a lower floor - noise from street & from other guests talked all night (avoid the first floor rooms - they appear to be permanent guests)
