Brand new central flat

Our stay at this apartment was a pleasant one. It is located 5 minutes walking distance from the metro, in a quiet and clean area. The apartment is nicely furnished and was fairly clean. The cleanliness could have been improved in some areas (dust in the closet, shower tray), but it wasn't anything we couldn't overlook. The check-in process was easy in our case. Initially, a lady was supposed to meet us to hand over the keys, but since she couldn't make it, we received all the instructions to get the keys ourselves. I liked this option much more because, in the end, that's what self check-in means, and that's what we were looking for—to be able to arrive at any time in the evening and check in on our own.

It would be helpful if some laundry detergent were provided.

The facilities of the facility met our expectations. Everything that a house should have was available. The rooms were functionally designed. The rooms were as seen in the pictures. The building it was in was clean and safe. It was very close to the metro and shopping mall. There were workplaces around it where we could meet our needs.

Although the sheets and towels were clean, I cannot say the same for the general cleanliness of the room. It was superficially cleaned and there were places where dust had not been removed and wiped.

Very clean, spacious, great utilities, good position vs the center of town. Ideal for 2 couples coming for a city break. We enjoyed it and would come again.

Two things to improve in our opinion: -check-out at 10:00 am on a Sunday morning in a city famous for its night life is not something we appreciated. -access to the underground parking needs to be improved. The phone number for access did not work.
