The single member of reception staff, Shammy was incredibly rude and obnoxious. She said she could charge me 300 baht for overstay and I explained that it was only 12.15pm and a member of staff came to my room 20 minutes ago to see if I was checking out and I said Yes I am ready to check out now. He said no hurry so I finished my coffee and went to check out. I couldn't believe the attitude of the receptionist. The 300 baht charge is mot a huge amount of money but it felt like I was being ripped off. I have never known anywhere in Thailand to have such a narrow minded and rude way to treat customers.

The room was clean and just as described, with all the amenities I needed. The hot water worked perfectly, and the hotel staff were friendly. The location is great.

В 7 утра начинают галдеть на весь отель. Громко разговаривать и шуметь сами сотрудники. С дороги это тяжело пережить. Вечером не смогли поужинать в отеле так как сотрудники разбежались.
