Beautiful place.💯💯💯💯

The hotel had some positives: it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast we eventually received was basic but ok.

Our stay was overshadowed by poor management and unprofessional behaviour. We booked a 3-bed room but were given a 2-bed. When this was challenged we were offered a second room, only for staff to later say this was a mistake. The following day the front desk staff repeatedly asked me to contact their boss and Booking.com to resolve the issue, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. We were told breakfast was included, but there was little available, and no tea or coffee. While waiting, there was a loud argument in the kitchen. Staff again then involved me in their internal problems. We later found out that 3-bed rooms don’t exist at this hotel. Any issues with Booking.com should be handled internally, not passed on to guests. Overall, despite some positives, the experience was stressful and poorly managed, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There’s plenty of other hotels nearby.

Nice quiet place with tuktuk service to bring to the Airport. Room was spacious, clean and well equiped. Warm water and AC. Nuwan was very nice and helpful.

Llegamos a las 4 de la mañana despues de todo el dia viajando. Nos atendieron muy rápido y de forma muy amable pese a la altas horas de la madrugada. Por la mañana nos sirvieron un desayuno muy adecuado. Muy recomendable para pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto
