The location if the place is great and easy to get to.

The place needs some little maintenance and to be looked after. 1) The shower door is old and needs fixing, 2) the ceiling has peeling paint which needs repainting, 3) the wall junctions are wornout and wood skirting needs to be replaced.4) Pest control needed as there are some live coackroaches visible at night. 5) Look at the cutlery there and replace what's old and rusted.

I liked the location of the property.

It didn’t look like it had been dusted and aired for a while. It smelled musty when the owner opened it and we saw some cockroaches. The swimming pool was not cleaned, we had to request for it to be cleaned. When we got back from our outing the owners kids were swimming and the owner and a friend were sitting right outside our door drinking. The property specifically has no kids allowed rule which is mainly why we chose it and yet we were subjected to kids’ noise right outside our window.

Worst stay ever... Waited at the gate whilst there was no answer to the bell or phone call. Ignored by children running around on the property when asked for assistance to be let in. Children were also very noisy, running and screaming in front of the apartment. The bathroom basin was very dirty. Linnen is very old and needs to be replaced. The gym doubled as store room for old papers...also not cleaned for some time.
