Bên trong thì chưa dọn dẹp xong, rác vẫn còn trong thùng. Cảm giác như mình đang làm phiền họ chứ không phải khách thuê. Hình ảnh quảng cáo có hồ bơi xanh trong nhưng thực tế nước đục và có rác nổi. Không ai vệ sinh trước khi giao phòng cho khách.

Villa nhìn ngoài thì ổn nhưng bên trong vệ sinh cực kỳ kém. Nhà vệ sinh có mùi hôi và thoát nước chậm. Nhân viên hỗ trợ không nhiệt tình khi phản ánh vấn đề. Cảm giác bỏ tiền mà nhận dịch vụ quá tệ.
